Cancellation of the order
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, $ 3 will be deducted. If you decide to cancel your order, please submit a "Contact Us" help ticket. For orders canceled 24 hours after purchase but before shipment, a cancellation fee of 7.5% will apply. If the order has already been shipped, we will not accept a cancellation request.
We accept return on products，except for Final sale items and Underwear. Customers have the right to request a return within 3 days after receiving the product.
To be eligible, please make sure that.
-The product is in its original packaging
-The product isn't used or damaged
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, bliaro.com require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
After you sent them back, please provide the distinct photo of the returning package and receipt for us to confirm and refund faster. (Attention Please: If you need a refund, but you do not contact us by email in advance, and return the items directly to store address, you will not get the refund.)

*Shipping charges for the original order are not refundable.
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
